Course Description
Chef Grant will teach you how to temper chocolate, pour and cut chocolate, build a chocolate box, and decorate it with hand molded chocolate and marzipan roses. A beautiful and unique box to fill with bonbons for a most unique Mother's Day Gift!Learner Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to hand pour and hand mold chocolate into a decorated box.Notes
Classroom Safety:
As a safety precaution, participants in all culinary classes are required to wear covered, non-slip shoes (e.g., athletic shoes) and comfortable long pants. Aprons or any other personal items may also be brought to class. The college will not be held responsible if such items are lost or stolen.
