This class will expand on what you've done with body weight and bands. You will learn strength, mobility, and balance exercises in the weight room with your body weight, bands, free weights, and machines. You will learn proper technique and safety as you learn to set up your own program at home. No experience required. Medical clearance to exercise/lift is necessary. (limit 10 students)
