This course is a 3 day 24-hour course that will cover all of the National DOT required knowledge and psychomotor core curriculum objectives for NREMT EMT re-certification plus other Hawaii State re-certification requirements. Non-state licensed and non-EMS providers will be admitted at the discretion of the course director/instructor (Non EMS providers email email@example.com).
- Obtain latest information with respect to care of the sick and injured.
- Determine gaps in knowledge to allow for self-directed study.

PLEASE READ: All courses are first come first served, with preference given to State of Hawaii EMS licensed providers. Non-state licensed and non-EMS providers will be admitted at the discretion of the course director/instructor, with fees additional to the card fee. Often classes fill up quickly; therefore, it is highly recommended you sign up for this class as soon as possible. Those on the “first come-first served” wait list who gain access will be notified by the college prior to the start of class so long as adequate time allows. Non-state EMS providers may be denied admission even after registration based on space availability due to preferential listing of State of Hawaii EMS providers. Confirmation will occur 1 week prior to course date.

Withdrawal policy: A 100% refund will be issued if you cancel your registration ten business days or more before the start of class. A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel your registration five to nine business days before the start of class. No refunds will be given with less than five business days notice. Call the Office of Continuing Education Registration office at 734-9211 for refund/withdrawal information.
An exception may be made to this policy in the event that you are scheduled to work four days or less before the start of class. You are responsible to notify Mario Fuentes at firstname.lastname@example.org. Repeated absenteeism may result in exclusion from future CME at KapCC.
