Course Description
Ready to meet your future employer? With your resume and career portfolio in hand, you are ready to conduct a targeted job search and prepare for interviews. Learn to conduct pre-interview research, plan, prepare for and follow-up on your interviews. You will also practice your interviewing skills during a "mock interview" session.Course Outline
This course will be a part of the Career Planning Series.Learner Outcomes
At the end of this course, the participants will be able to:
- Conduct company specific research
- Prepare a "personal commercial"
- Answer commonly asked interview questions
- Demonstrate how to formally "open" and "close" a job interview
