Course Description

Staying organized when there are so many demands on your time can be challenging! Individuals who perform at their highest level contribute positively to productivity in the workplace. However, there is not a "one size fits all" when it comes to time & stress management. Identify which time and stress management methods work best with your life- and workstyle preferences. Discover your own personal barriers to getting things organized and completed, and learn to conquer them in ways that work for you.

The "Create a Vision for Your Life" (BUS3082) course is highly recommended as it will help you design the life you'd like to live.
