Calling all food lovers! Leeward Community College’s non-credit culinary courses offer instructor-led, hands-on cooking experiences throughout the year. Learn to prepare restaurant-quality dishes using approachable techniques designed for the home kitchen. No prior culinary experience required.

Learn how to make a Pork Penne Pasta with Focaccia Style Bread for an easy Italian inspired meal at home. Students will learn how to properly cook pasta, make a pork sauce, and bake bread from scratch. No prior cooking experience required. Please be sure to wear rubber, non-slip, covered toe shoes, long pants, and a hair restraint (hats, headbands, or hair tied back off the shoulders). All knives and equipment will be supplied.
