In this course personal trainer Karaline Naegele will give you the foundational knowledge of personal fitness and nutrition that will help you develop a healthy lifestyle no matter what part of the fitness journey you're on.

1) List the 3 macro nutrients; explain why they are important and list food sources of these nutrients.
2) Calculate and evaluate personal nutritional habits.
3) Cultivate ability to analyze nutrition labels.
