Course Description

This Labor Organizing Intensive is a practical training for union leaders, workers, and community advocates seeking to build power and win campaigns. Over three days, participants develop core skills in organizing strategy, labor rights, campaign planning, and coalition building through simulations, role-plays, and applied exercises. The course provides transferable tools for collective action in workplaces, neighborhoods, and broader social justice efforts.
