Course Description

There must be something about Hawaii’s almost Mediterranean climate that makes people yearn for the flavors of Greece. Many of you have been asking for a class of popular Greek dishes, and Chef Magdy’s here to help. He’s put together a menu of some great Greek standards that will be easy for you to make at home. We’ll start with a savory Greek salad with a fresh lemon dressing, then, you will make an outstanding moussaka. Next Chef Magdy will show you how to make spanakopita and for dessert, the classic Greek baklava.

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style dishes.
