Course DescriptionThis course will introduce project management terminology and concepts. Organizations use projects for temporary requirements aimed to achieve key deliverables, optimize limited resources and budget, or perform initiatives outside of normal operations. Participants will be prepared with a basic understanding of the project lifecycle, project roles, and importance of the project triple constraints - scope, time, cost. In addition, participants will gain skills to build simple project management tools such as a Project Charter and Work Breakdown Structure.
