Course Description

Learning to communicate effectively and manage relationships in the workplace with peers, subordinates and bosses is an art. This session is designed to give you practical tools and practice to become more successful as a listener. You will also learn ways of communicating with different generations of employees. Upon completion of this session, you will be more prepared to: listen well, paraphrase and give constructive feedback prepare in advance for positive relationships deal with issues directly using both business and cultural best practices understand how to use different communication delivery systems for different generations analyze what different generations value and how to utilize their strengths In this interactive session, you will work on real issues, discuss problems and get help from peers.
