Course Description

Every time we run this class, we get rave reviews. Over the years, we’ve had students who requested their favorite dishes from some of the most popular national restaurants. The rib-sticking kind of flavor bombs you find on most of their menus. For this class, Chef Fortuna will make everybody’s favorite appetizer, spinach and artichoke dip, and what’s the next favorite on your list but coconut shrimp, of course. And finally, Chef Fortuna will show you how to make a zesty and flavorful tortilla soup!

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style healthy dishes.
