Course Description

Summer is a time of bountiful food, big flavors and get-togethers. Chef Fortuna’s forte is big food with bold flavors and she really delivers in this class. We’ll be making a great prawn and coconut salad, jalapeño popper stuffed burgers, and a coffee-rubbed steak with onions and peppers. These recipes are guaranteed to wake up your guests!

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style dishes.
