Course Description

How much do we really know about the island we call home? During this course you will learn about the significance of place names behind O‘ahu's various points of interest that can't be found anywhere else in our state. 

 

Learner Outcomes

By the end of the course, you will be able to: 

  • Describe detailed and accurate information about specific points of interest throughout the island 
  • Translate the Hawaiian place names of sites around the island
