Course Description

Back by popular demand, Chef Dan Wetter will teach you over the course of two-days how to make a fluffy and flaky croissant, puff pastry dough, and Danishes with assorted fillings.  

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and baking techniques to produce home style baked goods.

Classroom Safety:

As a safety precaution, participants in all culinary classes are required to wear covered, non-slip shoes (e.g., athletic shoes) and comfortable long pants. Aprons or any other personal items may also be brought to class. The college will not be held responsible if such items are lost or stolen.
