BUS3202 - Back to Basics: Communication and Perception
Course Description
Learning how the key components of communication can influence outcomes is important to understanding our own personal communication. When we exchange information with others, external and internal factors impact the success of the message being received in various situations.Learner Outcomes
At the completion of training, the participants will be able to:
- Explain the basic communication model.
- Identify their level of communication apprehension in person, public and group situations.
- Understand how perceptions impact our awareness of ourselves, others and reality.
- Identify the factors that influence perceptions.
