Course Description
Language plays a key role in communicating our ideas, thoughts and feelings at work, home and in public situations. Whether giving directions, teaching a task or topic, carrying on a conversation or asking questions, the words you choose can impact the success of communication.Learner Outcomes
At the completion of training, participants will be able to:
- Identify verbal (language) factors that impact behavior, communication styles and business operations.
- Understand how language (word) choices impact communication.
- Choose words that effectively help to covey thoughts and feelings.
