Course DescriptionIn today's fast-paced, multi-media world, how well do you really listen and understand what is going on around you? Learning to be an effective listener can improve communication between individuals. Assess your current listening skills and learn to change behaviors that hamper your communication.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Practice the differences between hearing and listening.
- Identify personal listening strengths and areas to improve on.
- Identify appropriate questions to ask to improve understanding.
- Practice effective listening skills.
