BUS3206 - Email and Phone Etiquette
Course Description
Vital to our daily communication, whether at work or at home, is our use and dependency on electronic media, whether it is used for sending emails or calling others on phones. Etiquette is important when we email or call others through electronic media.Learner Outcomes
At the completion of training, participants will be able to:
- Identify and use appropriate and effective etiquette when communicating in emails.
- Identify and use appropriate effective etiquette when communicating on the phone.
