Course Description

To build on the topic of communication, effective methods to motivate and build teams are also essential skills for successful supervisors and managers. This 4-hour course (divided into two 2-hour modules) is designed to help participants understand what motivates their team members, to provide a practical overview of team dynamics and designed to demonstrate how team collaboration contributes to organizational success.

  • Motivating a Diverse Workforce 
  • Benefits of Positive Motivation 
  • Incorporating Motivational Activities 

Learner Outcomes

As a result of this training program, participants will be able to: 

  • Demonstrate ways to use appropriate motivational strategies for a diverse workforce 
  • Identify ways to promote teamwork in the work environment. 
  • Develop an action plan to improve teamwork.
