Course Description

Learn how to make delicious appetizers and pupus using healthy farm fresh ingredients. Participants will learn culinary skills including how to sear, bake, and blanch thier pupus and appetizers.

Notes

Hands on class. All participants in Culinary Classes must be able to stand for 45 minutes at a time or more. Wear closed toe non-slip shoes, aprons and bring a chef’s knife, paring knife and vegetable peeler with you to class.
