Course Description

Participants will learn how to prepare Marinara, Salsa Verde, Bechamel, and Strawberry Coulis to name a few in this sauce-inspired culinary class. Participants will learn the culinary skills of emusilfying and how to create a binding sauce.

Notes

Hands on class. All participants in Culinary Classes must be able to stand for 45 minutes at a time or more. Wear closed toe non-slip shoes, aprons and bring a chef’s knife, paring knife and vegetable peeler with you to class.
