Course Description

Teens Culinary Class

This two day class will give youth ages 12-13 hands - on experience learning how to cook a main dish and dessert. In addition, participants will learn about culinary careers and educational pathways. We will start with basic knife skills, knife cuts and sanitation used in cooking.

Notes

Hands on culinary class - please wear closed toe non-slip shoes and your hair pulled back in ponytail if long for sanitation and safety.
