Course Description

Practice yoga during lunch to relax, meditate and renew. Yoga is the ancient practice of uniting the mind, body and spirit through gentle movement. You will learn to develop inner strength and flexibility through traditional isometric poses and stretching. Emphasis is on posture and core development. A whole-body approach to movement where the connections of mind, body and spirit are paramount with careful alignment and physical safety. Biomechanical and neurological understanding of the body-mind connection are developed to teach in a way that is accessible and challenging. The goal is to guide and support people to move with a greater sense of comfort, ease, joy and freedom. Great for beginners and experienced practitioners!

Note: At this time we are conducting this class online through ZOOM. Once students pay for the class they will receive a link to the classes. Please have a reliable internet connection with audio/visual computer device, your own personal yoga mat, comfortable clothing, water hydration and have ample ventilation and floor space.
