Practice yoga during lunch to relax, meditate and renew. Yoga is the ancient practice of uniting the mind, body and spirit through gentle movement. You will learn to develop inner strength and flexibility through traditional isometric poses and stretching. Please bring your own personal yoga mat, and water bottle. Blocks and straps will be provided.
