Course Description

The Kupuna Education Center is offering 6 sessions of "art making" at Kapiolani Community College this semester. You will learn about some of the elements of art such as color, shape and texture and principles of art such as balance and unity. Projects will involve drawing, painting, multimedia and printmaking. Join us!

Learner Outcomes

Upon successful completion, you should be able to:

  1. Describe the elements of art such as color ,shape, and texture
  2. Describe the principles of art such as balance and unity
  3. Create art pieces that involve drawing, painting, and multimedia
