TRAN4300 - Commercial Drivers License Training
Course Description
General Knowledge, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 4:00pm to 6:00pm (2 hrs. each day) - General Knowledge test Monday at DMV
Air brakes, Tuesday, Thursday – 4:00pm to 6:00pm ( 2 hrs. each day) – Air Brake test Friday at DMV
Passenger, Tuesday, Thursday – 4:00pm to 6:00pm (2 hrs. each day) – Passenger test Friday at DMV
Hands on Driving , Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 3:30pm to 6:30pm (3 hrs. each day)
Bus inspection, Basic Control Skills (cones), Route for road test. 3 weeks and then road test with DMV Examiner.
Instructor will make arrangement with DMV. Assigned days will be given to instructor from DMV pending schedule of appointments they have.

Notes
Costs not included in the cost of the class: Each student will have to take testes (offered by DVM)
CDL Class B w/ Passenger & School Bus Endorsements.

General Knowledge $15.00
Air Brakes $ 5.00
Passenger $ 5.00
School Bus $ 5.00
Permit: $30.00 (two week wait period before applicant’s eligible for the road test)
Road Test $50.00 (pre-paid before apt)
License (first time CDL) $40.00
(upgrade CDL) $15.00
Please note that we only have two (2) CDL testing machines and it’s based on a first come first serve basis.
