Course Description

Enjoy the fall season with a simple Italian menu paired with wines. Menu includes: Appetizer: Provolone scones with sliced meats, Main Dish: Pumpkin and pancetta risotto with Amaretti cookies crunch, Side Dish: Salad of seasonal greens with Pomegranate Arils vinaigrette (or other available berries), and for Dessert: Tuscan Olive Oil and orange cake.

Notes

Participants should bring an apron, wear closed-toed shoes, and have long hair tied back for safety and sanitation reasons.This class is located in the Maui Food Innovation Center Kitchen Classroom in Laulima Building Room 106.
