Course Description

Chef Krista Garcia will teach you the art of this versatile french dough, or paste, Pate a Choux, from which mouth watering delicasies are made. Participants will learn to make: Cream Puffs filled with Custard and Berries, Chocolate Eclairs bursting with Coffee Cream, Crispy Hollow Cheese Bites, and Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts. You will sample your work and take home a box of fresh baked goodies!

Notes

Students please wear closed toed shoes, an apron, and hair back for culinary classes at UH Maui College. This class is located in the Paina Pastry Kitchen Classroom located downstairs in Paina Building.
