Do you love Italian food? With simple ingredients and techniques, great flavors are created! Help our chef prepare her favorites. This Spring Menu includes: Focaccine (flatbread) with Honey, Rosemary and Manchego, Potato Buds Gnoccetti with Saffron in Butter and Sage Sauce, and for dessert - Zuppa Inglese, a strictly Tuscan combination of sponge bread and vanilla custard with chocolate pudding. It is Divine!
