ENR3129 - MELT Practice Session
Course Description
Practice session objective: Participants will have the opportunity to practice techniques learned in the MELT introduction workshop. The practice session is run by a certified MELT instructor and will only cover moves from the introductory session. The workshop is appropriate for people of varying ages, however, the ability to get up and down from the floor is necessary.Learner Outcomes
Upon successful completion, students s will gain a better understanding of the MELT moves covered in the MELT introductory workshop.
SLO: Participants will demonstrate a better understanding of the MELT moves covered in the introductory workshop as evidenced by demonstrating the moves in class. Participants will also experience a decrease in stuck stress as demonstrated by self-evaluation at the beginning and end of class.
Notes
Participants must wear loose, comfortable clothing.
