Course Description

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Some eat cereal, some depend on pure caffeine, others who can plan a little ahead can make some of Alyssa’s awesome breakfast dishes that are good for home or on the go. In this class, Alyssa will show you how to make oat date scones, oatmeal ginger banana muffins, carrot cake breakfast cookie, a vegan tofu omelet, and time allowing, Alyssa will demonstrate an awesome vegan Benedict. 

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style healthy dishes.
