Learn how to showcase your food product and break into the international retail marketplace. Hear firsthand from a local food company on how to apply, costs, and just what to expect at some of the largest international trade shows.

Instructor

Anthony LaBua-Keiser, chef and owner of the award winning Maui Preserved food company. Moving from NYC, NY Anthony has a CMD from the The Institute of Culinary Education. He started Maui Preserved in 2010 and expanded his business now as a co-packer for several Maui food brands. He has created a highly successful and viable value-added export product, that has captured the Japanese marketplace. He hopes to reverse the percentage of imported food products into the state of Hawai'i, Jar by Jar!
