Course Description

Would you like to have more connection with the people and children in your life? Are you struggling to manage challenging behavior in the friends and family that you care for? In this course, we will learn how to use the skills of Nonviolent Communication and Restorative Practices to facilitate connection and collaboration. With an approach rooted in empathy, respect, and a power-with model of authority, we will gain a better understanding of how to communicate and connect with those we care for, helping you work through challenging behaviors together.
