Course Description

Feeling disconnected? Has social distancing put a strain on your relationships? Learn to communicate and connect with others more effectively through Nonviolent Communication. By cultivating empathy, honesty, and respect we can begin to communicate in a way that brings connection and peace to our relationships and community. In this course we will gain an understanding of the feelings and needs of ourselves and others in order to facilitate connection and understanding. The tools of Nonviolent Communication can strengthen and deepen your relationship with others and can help you navigate conflict and challenging conversations with ease and grace.
