Course Description

Participants will completed a 24-hour internship with work-based training in the UHMC aquaponics greenhouse and Maui Food Innovation Center. The internships will provide hands-on, immersive experiences in producing and harvesting fresh produce in the commercial greenhouse, and developing recipes and producing value-added food products in the commercial kitchen. $500 tuition sponsored by Kamehameha School. FREE FOR MAUI STUDENTS IN GRADES 9-12, and recent graduates.
