Course Description

Local people love some Korean food! Who doesn’t have their favorite Korean take out place? Well Chef Grant really loves Korean food too and has spent the past few years traveling all over Korea, learning how to cook from the experts. If you sign up for this class, you’ll be learning how to cook dak kalbi (grilled chicken with cabbage), dubu jorim (braised tofu in soy sauce), and jaeyuk bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork).

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style healthy dishes.
