Course Description

Stott Pilates incorporates modern exercise principles, and applies proven and accepted practices in biomechanics, rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement. These exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and re-balance muscles around your joints. The techniques are appropriate for many different body types and abilities, making it applicable to sport-specific training and everyday life. Bring your personal mat and water to replenish. At this time we are conducting this class online through ZOOM. Once students pay for the class they will receive a link to the classes. Please have a reliable internet connection with a audio/visual computer device, your own personal yoga mat, comfortable clothing, water hydration and have ample ventilation and floor space
