Moving & Eating for Pleasure, Energy & Weight Loss: The Slow Down Diet & Kundalini Yoga

A 6-Week, 2-hr once-a-week class.

You will be reading specific chapters between classes and together exploring exercises and sharing our processes.

Jessica DeBoer, an Eating Psychology Coach, has been leading hundreds of people to become the healthiest versions of themselves. She leads programs on the slow down diet, food preparation, nutrition, massage, yoga, and essential oils around the world. Integrating Eastern and Western philosophies, she creates a self-care approach that is easy, fun and palpable. 

Elizabeth Augustine received her M.S. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology and Human Services. She started teaching in 2001 and, in 2006, she opened a yoga and meditation studio. Elizabeth has worked with luxury resorts on Maui, assisting with group yoga events and managerial health education classes. Elizabeth continues to teach with passion to her community here in Maui as well as offer her trainings in New York, California, and Italy.
