Navigational Coaching for Managers. 2 day, 4 hour session = 8 hours.

Course Overview: This course is an advanced and proven methodology that motivates employees because of the partnership created between management and employees that focuses on the employee’s success.

Navigational Coaching is for the successful manager who wants to accelerate their career path. The work force around the world is changing. Top down management will soon be totally ineffective. One of the few tools that have proven to be effective with the younger workforce, is coaching and focusing on the workforce's personal success. Measuring the motivational impact on the employees being coached rather than being told or "managed" can be dramatic. Investment: gaining insight and a tool that is proven, makes working enjoyable again.
