ENR3183 - Family Care Class - Mobility Training
Course Description
In this workshop, you will gain valuable information and hands-on practice with wheelchair-to-bed and chair-to-wheelchair transferring skills, how to move from sitting to lying down, 2-persons transfer if necessary, and a demonstration of some assistive devices that may help you as you care for your Kupuna.
Learner Outcomes
Student Learning Outcomes:
1). Students will be able to demonstrate a safe wheelchair to bed transfer.
2). Students will gain an understanding of various assistive devices available for mobility.
