Course Description

In this hands on class you will learn about various features/functions under the Home, Page Layout, Data, Review, Formula and View Tabs as specific business and personal applications are explored.

Learner Outcomes

Learner Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be able to:

1. Achieve and demonstrate basic practical knowledge and use of the Home Tab including; clipboard, font, alignment, number, insert, cells, editing, auto sum, fill. find, and select.

2. Achieve and demonstrate basic practical knowledge and use of the Page Layout Tab including: margins, orientation, size, print area, breaks grid lines, headings.

3. Achieve and demonstrate basic practical knowledge and use of the the Data Tab including: sort, text to columns, and One-Way ANOVA.

4. Achieve and demonstrate basic practical knowledge and use of the Review Tab including: spell check and the thesaurus.
