Recent 'Ekahi Ornish alumni and Vegan Chef Instructor Paul Onishi continues his series of hands-on cooking classes at the scenic Windward CC culinary facility. Students will work with a variety of plant-based products, meat alternatives as well as learn new and exciting culinary techniques.
