Course Description

If you like being creative in the kitchen or are interested in exploring a career in the Hospitality Industry, this is the Summer Camp for you! You will learn about culinary sanitation, nutrition, wellness and sustainability, and learn to prepare rolled sushi, create pasta from scratch, make and bake pizza and mix salad dressing for composed salads. Our chef instructor will guide you through culinary basics and hospitality careers in Hawai’i as we practice seasoning, flavoring and cooking techniques.

*Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and bring a refillable water bottle to classes.
