Course Description
MELT Performance is a continuation of your MELT journey, moving into the nervous system adding another missing element of healthy living, neurological stability or NeuroStrength. In MELT Performance you'll learn how to Reintegrate joint stability and Repattern stable movement, adding these 2 R's to the four R's you learned in the Introduction to MELT Workshop (ENR3116).Learner Outcomes
- Students will be familiar with the addition of the 2 R's to their MELT maps, reintegration and repattern.
- Students will experience a 90 minute MELT Performance Map
