Course Description

MELT Performance is a continuation of your MELT journey, moving into the nervous system adding another missing element of healthy living, neurological stability or NeuroStrength. In MELT Performance you'll learn how to Reintegrate joint stability and Repattern stable movement, adding these 2 R's to the four R's you learned in the Introduction to MELT workshop (ENR3116). Once you put all six R's together, this class bundle will help you practice the moves and sequences to get fast results and lasting changes.

Learner Outcomes

  1. Students will reinforce the six MELT performance moves introduced in the MELT Performance Introduction Workshop (FIT3002).
