Course Description

Interested in learning more about vegan cuisine, come join us. Students will work with a variety of plant-based products, meat alternatives as well as learn new and exciting culinary techniques. This introductory session is open to all levels of culinary experience and expertise.

As a safety precaution participants should wear covered shoes and long pants. Apron, kitchen towel, and other personal items can also be brought to class.
