You’ll discover your unique Ayurvedic body-mind type and learn which foods and lifestyle practices will support optimum health. We’ll go over the Daily Routine that aligns us to the natural cycles of life where-from health and beauty naturally arise with practices such as daily detox, sleep cycles, self-massage and meditation.
