Course Description

Kapi`olani Community College will provide a unique 1-day Intensive hospitality program for the students of Hotel Course of Kagoshima Josei High School.  This program includes a special lecture by a guest speaker, hospitality English, Ho`okipa Me Ke Aloha, workshop to help students to pursue their career as hospitality professionals.

1).  Describe the basic principles and concepts of Hawaiian hospitality;

2).  Demonstrate an example of Hawaiian culture and traditional values applied in hospitality industry in Hawai`i.
