Course Description

Conducting business in today’s digital age means using the Internet and other forms of digital sales and marketing. This course provides the foundation for marketing using the Internet. Course work includes managing e-Commerce through customer service, interfacing with customers by e-mail, understanding the digital mentality and netiquette, fulfilling e-Commerce orders, what not to do online, and thriving in the virtual international marketplace.

Enrollment in this course through EDvance is a non-credit option, however course is available for credit. In order to receive college credit, participants must successfully complete course with a "C" or better.
