Course Description

Have you ever wondered what the differences are between a cobbler and crisp? In this hands-on course you will learn about the similarities, differences and how to make both dessert dishes. In addition you will also learn techniques for creating your own sweet baked creations.

Keiki minimum age 9 years old w/out parent. As a safety precaution participants should wear covered shoes and long pants. Apron, kitchen towel and other personal items can also be brought to class. Please bring your own to go containers for samples.
